Cash pay rates are $125 per session for individuals, couples, and families.
We offer telehealth therapy across the entire state of Michigan working with individuals, couples, and families on everything from anxiety and depression to relationship issues, family conflict, life transitions, school struggles, career stress, and substance use. Whatever you're dealing with, we're here to work through it with you.

Individual counseling offers a safe, confidential space to explore emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns. It can help with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, self-esteem, and life transitions.
I provide individual counseling services for clients ages 13 and up via telehealth

Family Counseling can involve one parent and a child, both parents and children, or various combinations depending on the family’s needs and goals. Family counseling provides a supportive space to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and address challenges such as conflict, emotional distress, life transitions, and behavioral concerns.
