Our Virtual Services
Individual Counseling (Ages 13+)
Individual counseling offers a safe, confidential space to explore emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns. It can help with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, self-esteem, and life transitions.
Please note: We do not provide recommendations related to custody arrangements, conduct parenting risk assessments, or offer legal evaluations of any kind. Our role is solely to support emotional and relational healing within the therapy space.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling provides a supportive space for partners to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate challenges such as conflict, life transitions, or emotional disconnection. Whether dating, engaged, or married, counseling can help couples work toward healthier patterns and a deeper understanding of one another.
Family Counseling
Family Counseling can involve one parent and a child, both parents and children, or various combinations depending on the family’s needs and goals. Family counseling provides a supportive space to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and address challenges such as conflict, emotional distress, life transitions, and behavioral concerns.
Please note: We do not provide recommendations related to custody arrangements, conduct parenting risk assessments, or offer legal evaluations of any kind. Our role is solely to support emotional and relational healing within the therapy space.
